Open Extensions
Type chrome://extensions in your browser address bar and press Enter.

Enable Developer mode
Switch Developer mode ON in the top-right corner.

Load unpacked
Click Load unpacked and select the extracted Seller Toolkit folder.

Pin the Toolkit
Open the browser extensions menu and pin Seller Toolkit for one-click access.
