By creating an account or using the Sachin Ecom Seller Toolkit you agree to these terms.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the toolkit for the duration and device limit of your plan. The licence ends when your plan ends.
Ownership and what you may not do
The Seller Toolkit — its source code, interface, wording, layout, icons, prompts, workflows and the website itself — is our original work and remains our property. Nothing in your plan transfers ownership of any of it.
While using the toolkit and afterwards, you may not:
- copy, resell, sub-licence, rent out or redistribute the toolkit or any part of it;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to recover its source code, except where a law gives you a right that cannot be contracted out of;
- build, publish or sell a modified, rebranded or substantially similar product derived from ours, including one that reproduces its features, screens or wording;
- share, sell or lend your account or licence, or use one account across more devices than your plan allows;
- strip, hide or alter any copyright notice, watermark or licence header in our files.
Doing any of the above through an automated tool or an AI assistant is the same breach as doing it by hand. Instructing software to reproduce, translate or re-implement our work does not make the resulting copy yours.
We take this seriously. Where we find our work has been copied or closely imitated, we will pursue the remedies available to us under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable law, including takedown requests, injunctions and damages, and we will terminate the offending account without refund.
What your plan pays for (core features)
Your subscription is a charge for our core automation features: AI-assisted listing, product capture & autofill, image scan/studio and the AI chatbot assistant. These are the features we commit to delivering for the duration of your plan.
Additional / bonus features
Any other features — including the Shipping tool, Low-Shipping finder, Flipkart auto-listing & connected accounts, and marketplace insight numbers — are provided as additional bonuses, on a best-effort, "as available" basis. They depend on data we source from Meesho, Flipkart and other third parties, and we only process them after that data is available — which is not always in our control. The Shipping tool specifically calls Meesho's own upload and pricing APIs directly; when Meesho changes, rate-limits or restricts those APIs, the tool can stop working or show incorrect numbers with no notice from us. We actively keep improving them, but we do not guarantee that a bonus feature will work at all times, and a bonus feature being temporarily unavailable is not a defect in the core product. All estimate numbers can be right or wrong; verify them in your seller dashboard.
Free trial & payment verification
Every new account gets a 1-day free trial (with small limits on AI listing, image scan and chat) so you can evaluate the toolkit before paying. After payment, UTR submission can grant provisional paid-plan access for up to 72 hours while payment is verified. Access pauses if verification is required or payment is rejected. One trial per person/device — creating multiple accounts to repeat the trial is a breach of these terms.
Data accuracy disclaimer
All insight numbers shown by the toolkit (order estimates, lifetime orders, shipping charges, MSP, profit calculations, low-shipping data and similar) are estimates derived from backend and third-party signals. They can be right or wrong, may change at any time, and are provided for guidance only. You are solely responsible for verifying every number in your own seller dashboard before acting on it. We accept no liability for business decisions taken on the basis of these estimates.
Service changes & availability
We may add, modify, pause or remove features (especially bonus features) at any time to keep the service stable and compliant. Temporary downtime, marketplace layout changes that break a feature until we update it, and third-party outages are normal operating events, not breaches of these terms.
Marketplace risk
Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon and Myntra are independent platforms with their own rules. We are not affiliated with them, and we are not responsible for any action they take on your seller account (including warnings, penalties or suspension), for their fee changes, or for their policy decisions. Use of any automation is at your own risk and responsibility.
Refunds and putting things right
If something we supply is not working, you must tell us first and give us up to 30 days to fix it. That is the window in which we investigate, reproduce and repair the problem with you. Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy; no refund claims are accepted outside that policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses — including lost profits, lost sales, lost data, or marketplace account actions.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate an account without refund for: account sharing or reselling, reverse engineering or tampering with the extension, abusing the trial or refund policy, chargeback fraud, or any use that harms the service or other users.
No warranty
The toolkit is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Marketplace fees, policies, data and results vary; always verify critical numbers in your seller dashboard.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at New Delhi having exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms at any time; the version published on this page applies from the moment it is posted. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
