We want you to buy with full confidence. Every new account first gets a 1-day free trial so you can try the core features before paying.
Our promise on core features
Your plan pays for our core automation features — AI listing, capture & autofill, image scan and the AI chatbot. If a core feature genuinely does not work for you and we are unable to fix it, message us on the Contact page or WhatsApp with a screenshot and we will give you an instant refund. No long arguments.
About the additional / bonus features
Extras like the Low-Shipping finder, Flipkart auto-listing and marketplace insight numbers are given as free bonuses on top of the core, on a best-effort basis, and depend on third-party data we source. Because they are bonuses (not the paid core), a bonus being temporarily unavailable is not by itself a ground for a refund — but if you are unhappy, still reach out and we will always try to make it right.
How to request a refund
Contact us within 48 hours of your issue through the Contact page or WhatsApp with your registered email and a short description (a screenshot helps). Our team will first try to fix the issue with you; if a core feature still cannot be made to work, the refund is processed to your original payment method, normally within 5–7 working days.
What is not refundable
- Change of mind after activation, or buying the wrong plan by mistake after access was used.
- Bonus / best-effort features (Low-Shipping finder, Flipkart auto-listing, insight numbers) being temporarily unavailable — these are free extras on top of the paid core.
- Issues caused by marketplace changes, marketplace account suspension, your device/browser setup, or use against our Terms.
- Partial months, unused time on a plan, or renewals cancelled after the renewal date.
Fair-use of this policy
The instant-refund promise exists to protect genuine buyers. Repeated buy-refund cycles, refund claims combined with continued use, or chargebacks raised without contacting us first are treated as abuse and can lead to account termination under our Terms.
This Refund Policy, together with the Terms & Conditions, is the complete and only refund commitment we make.
