This Privacy Policy explains how Sachin Ecom ("we") handles information when you use our website and the Seller Toolkit browser extension.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email and phone (via email signup or Google Sign-In) to create and secure your account.
- Device & licence data: a device identifier and extension version to enforce your plan and device limit.
- Usage data: basic events (logins, feature use, AI requests) and — for popups and abuse-prevention — your IP address, to operate the service.
Your Meesho data
The toolkit works inside your own logged-in Meesho session in your browser. Order and payment files you process for analytics are read locally to build your report. A copy of the generated report summary may be sent to your account so you and our support team can review your store performance and improve the product.
Third-party data sources
Some insights (order estimates, lifetime orders, shipping charges, low-shipping and marketplace figures) are sourced from backend and third-party signals. These are estimates that can be inaccurate and may change without notice. Always verify critical numbers in your own seller dashboard before making decisions.
AI features & support chats
When you use the AI chatbot, AI listing, image studio or the Customer Support assistant, your prompt (and any image you attach) is sent through our server to the configured AI provider to generate a response. Support conversations are stored so our team can review them, improve answers and resolve your issues. We do not sell your data.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed. Secret API keys are stored server-side only and are never shipped inside the extension.
